How to return the goods?

If the purchase is damaged, you can simply return the item or have it exchanged within 1 month from the delivery date.

Returned goods must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, with any accessories and the package leaflet.

ATTENTION Products that have been used cannot be returned.

The product will be exchanged for you at the store. In case of a proper and authorized return of the product by mail, the value of the product will be returned to your bank account within 14 days.

Do not forget to take the printed invoice of your order (sent by email) with you to return it to the store.

Our staff will take care of your request and create a gift card or exchange goods. The choice is yours!

Prepare the products you want to return and pack the goods in such a way that they are protected as much as possible during transport, ideally in the original packaging.

Attention : you pay the costs of sending the returned goods.

Before returning, please check the product to see if it meets the return conditions. If this is the case, we will proceed with the reimbursement in the form that corresponds to the payment method you have chosen, or in the form of Online credit.
