If your purchase is damaged, you can simply return the goods or have them exchanged within 1 month of the parcel delivery date.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, with any accessories and the enclosed leaflet.

ATTENTION Used products cannot be returned.

The product will be exchanged for you in the store. For a valid and authorized return by post, the value of the product will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.

For in-store returns, remember to bring a printed invoice for your order (sent by email).

Our staff will process your request and create a gift card or exchange the goods. The choice is yours!

Prepare the products you wish to return and package the goods so that they are adequately protected during transport, ideally in the original packaging.

Attention: you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods.

Before returning an item, please check whether the product meets the conditions for returning goods. If so, we will issue the refund using the payment method you selected or as Online Credit.
