Usage:
- Follow the dosage. The recommended daily dose is 4 capsules. Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening.
- Take with food. The product contains fat-soluble vitamins and without the presence of fat, these vitamins are not properly absorbed by the body.
- Drink plenty of clean water. This will ensure that the contents of the capsules dissolve completely and are properly absorbed by your body.
Other recommendations:
- Use regularly. Only by taking it regularly at approximately the same time of day can you maximize the effects.
- Use long-term. Give the product time. How quickly the first results appear is very individual. For optimal results, we recommend using about your Health - Multivitamin 40+ for at least 3 months, but the first results may appear much sooner.
- Coffee and other caffeinated drinks may have a negative effect on the absorption of the ingredients, so we recommend taking them at least half an hour apart.
- Alcohol can also reduce the absorption of the ingredients. We therefore recommend avoiding their consumption together.
