Carefully remove the mask from the bag, unfold it and place it on your face. Secure the side openings above the ears, pull the mask down to cover the chin, and secure the second pair of loops above the ears. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes. Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining gel into the skin. Use the mask 1-2 times a week or as often as you wish. Then use the Meder Beauty cream.
