For optimal results, apply Myo-Fix Mask 1-2 times a week. Remove the mask from the bag, unfold it and place it on your face. Secure the side openings behind your ears, pull the mask over your chin and secure the second pair of straps behind your ears. Leave on for 20 minutes.
