For optimal results, apply the Myo-Fix Mask 1–2 times a week. Remove the mask from the sachet, unfold it, and place it on your face. Secure the side openings behind your ears, pull the mask over your chin, and fasten the second pair of tabs behind your ears. Leave on for 20 minutes.
