01 ⸻ Smell it
Hold the AOMU just under your nose, do not insert it into your nose, and breathe naturally.

02 ⸻ 2 minutes
Inhale AOMU for 2 minutes. Take a break. Then continue in 5 minutes until you feel the effect, but no more than 5 cycles. Repeat everything at least after 1 hour.

03 ⸻ 14 days
You will achieve the best effects if you use the stick regularly for at least 14 days.
