After shampooing, squeeze out excess water from hair. Section hair into sections and apply directly to hair from mid-lengths to ends to fully saturate. Comb through hair. Apply one dose (20 ml) to short hair and 2 doses (40 ml) to long hair. Rinse thoroughly.
