Instructions: Enjoy the beneficial effects of essential oils in a diffuser or spray to freshen the air in the room. They can also be added to a hot bath or used during a massage.

Do not use more than 5–10 drops per 20 ml of water/base oil/alcohol.

Warning: The product is intended exclusively for external use. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should always consult their doctor before first use. Not suitable for young children. Do not use undiluted on the skin. In concentrated form, it irritates the eyes, respiratory tract, and skin.

MAIN WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS:

> DIFFUSING INTO THE AIR – Add 5 to 10 drops to a diffuser to scent the room. If you do not have a diffuser, add 5 drops to 250 ml of warm water and pour it into a spray bottle. Use the spray bottle as needed.

> BATH – Mix 3 to 9 drops of essential oil with any carrier oil (or bath oil). NEVER add essential oil directly to the water, as it could cause a rash on your skin. Essential oils dissolve in fats, not in water.

> MASSAGE – Mix carrier oil and essential oil in a ratio of 30 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil.
For children, use 5 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil.

> INHALATION – Add 2 drops of essential oil to 250 ml of warm water. Lean over the container, drape a towel over yourself, and inhale for several minutes.

> INTERNAL USE – There is a great deal of information about using essential oils internally. However, we do not recommend using essential oils internally.
