- Apply liberally 15 minutes before exposure to the sun.
- Reapply: After 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after drying with a towel and at least every 2 hours.

Sun protection measures:

Being in the sun increases the risk of skin cancer and premature aging of the skin. To reduce this risk, regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher and other sun protection measures, including:
- Limit your stay in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
- Children under 6 months: Consult a doctor.
