DIFFUSER: Create a pleasant, calming blend of these oils in a diffuser. Add 6 drops of bergamot oil, 1 drop of patchouli oil, and 1 drop of petitgrain to 200 ml of water. You can adjust the amount as needed.
CALMING SPRAY: 20–30 drops of essential oils + 30 ml of alcohol + 5 ml of water. Shake in a spray bottle and spray around you as needed. You can also apply it to your wrists when experiencing increased anxiety.
