Enjoy the positive effects of essential oils in a diffuser or spray to freshen the air in a room.
DIFFUSER: Create a pleasant, energizing blend of these oils in a diffuser. Add 6 drops of lemon oil, 2 drops of rosemary oil, and 2 drops of peppermint oil. You can adjust the amount as needed.
ROOM SPRAY: 20–30 drops of essential oil + 30 ml of alcohol + 5 ml of water. Spray around you or apply to your wrists when you need a boost.
HOME SPA: Add 10 drops to a shower sponge and place it on the floor of the shower or, ideally, on the faucet, so that the fragrant sponge is as close to face level as possible, then enjoy a hot shower with an invigorating scent.
