MAIN WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS:

> DIFFUSING INTO THE AIR – Add 5 to 10 drops to a diffuser to scent the room. If you do not have a diffuser, add 5 drops to 250 ml of warm water and pour it into a spray bottle. Use the spray bottle as needed.

> BATH – Mix 3 to 9 drops of essential oil with any carrier oil (or bath oil). NEVER add essential oil directly to the water, as it could cause a rash on your skin. Essential oils dissolve in fats, not in water.

> MASSAGE – Mix carrier oil and essential oil in a ratio of 30 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil.
For children, use 5 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil.

> INHALATION – Add 2 drops of essential oil to 250 ml of warm water. Lean over the container, drape a towel over yourself, and inhale for several minutes.

> INTERNAL USE – There is a great deal of information about using essential oils internally. However, we do not recommend using essential oils internally.
