MAIN WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS:

> DIFFUSING INTO THE AIR - add 5 to 10 drops to a diffuser to scent the room. If you don't have a diffuser, add 5 drops to 250 ml. of warm water and put in a spray bottle. Use the spray bottle as needed.

> BATH - Mix 3 to 9 drops of essential oil with any carrier oil (or bath oil). NEVER drip essential oil into just water, it could cause a rash on your skin. Essential oils dissolve in fats, not water.

> MASSAGE - mix carrier oil and essential oil in a ratio of 30 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil.
For children, it is 5 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil.

> INHALATION - Add 2 drops of essential oil to 250 ml of warm water. Lean over the container, drape a towel over yourself and inhale for a few minutes.

> INTERNAL USE - There is a lot of information about using essential oils internally. However, we do not recommend using essential oils internally.
