DON'T STRESS ESSENTIAL OIL is a blend of bergamot, petitgrain, patchouli, and lemongrass with a refreshing earthy scent.
The blend was specially created to support relaxation and stress relief.

Full ingredients: 100% pure blend of essential oils Citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) leaf oil, Citrus aurantium (Petitgrain) leaf oil, Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass) leaf oil
Instructions: Enjoy the positive effects of essential oils in a diffuser or spray to freshen the air in a room. They can also be added to a hot bath or used during a massage.
Do not use more than 5–10 drops per 20 ml of water, carrier oil, or alcohol.
