ESSENTIAL OIL SLEEP WELL is a blend of French lavender, chamomile, and mandarin with a delicate floral-fruity fragrance.
The blend was specially created for evening relaxation and preparation for sleep.
Country of origin: Ireland
Full composition: 100% pure blend of essential oils Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) flower oil, Citrus reticulata (Mandarin) peel oil, Chamaemelum nobile (Chamomile) flower oil
Instructions: Enjoy the beneficial effects of essential oils in a diffuser or spray to freshen the air in the room. They can also be added to a hot bath or used during a massage.
Do not use more than 5–10 drops per 20 ml of water/base oil/alcohol.
