Dry body massage brush
Dry body massage brush is a practical tool for regular dry massage and gentle exfoliation of the skin. Soft natural bristles help remove dead skin cells, boost circulation in the skin, and leave it looking smoother, softer, and fresher.
Regular dry brushing can help improve the appearance and texture of the skin, support its natural renewal, and prepare it for the application of body creams, oils, or serums. It is also suitable as part of a skincare routine for skin prone to ingrown hairs.
Key benefits:
- gently exfoliates and removes dead skin cells,
- boosts circulation in the skin,
- helps soften rough and uneven texture,
- leaves skin looking smoother, softer, and fresher,
- prepares the skin for subsequent body care,
- may help reduce the occurrence of ingrown hairs,
- provides a pleasant massage and a feeling of relaxation,
- also suitable before using a sauna or as part of a regular body care ritual.
How to use:
Always use the brush on dry skin before showering or bathing.
On your legs and arms, use long, gentle strokes towards your torso. You can apply slightly firmer pressure on your thighs and buttocks, while massaging your abdomen, décolletage, and chest very gently.
You can massage your abdomen and buttocks using gentle circular movements. Avoid sensitive areas and never brush your skin so vigorously that the massage becomes painful.
You may experience slight temporary redness after the massage due to increased circulation in the skin.
To start, we recommend brushing approximately 2–3 times a week, then adjusting the frequency to suit your skin's sensitivity.
After brushing, it is best to shower and then apply a moisturizing body cream, lotion, serum, or oil.
Brush care:
For hygiene reasons, everyone should have their own massage brush.
Clean the brush regularly with mild soap and water. After washing, leave it to dry thoroughly in the air with the bristles facing down.
Do not leave the wooden part of the brush soaking in water for prolonged periods.
Warning:
Do not use on injured, irritated, inflamed, or sunburned skin, or on fresh scars.
Avoid moles, warts, and other prominent skin lesions. If you have very sensitive skin, a skin condition, or significant varicose veins, we recommend consulting a professional about whether dry brushing is suitable for you.
The massage should always be pleasant and not painful.
