Before you begin, “break through” the first layer of the tinted balm with your fingertips by rubbing it across the back of your hand a few times. Once you get through the topmost layer, Color Balm applies easily with a rich color payoff.
1. Apply directly to the skin and blend.
The result will be an immediately intense color that you can blend for your desired final look. This is the ideal method for applying to the cheeks and lips.
2. Warm it up and apply with clean fingers.
Warm the Color Balm with your fingertip and apply it to the skin by sweeping back and forth several times. This method is ideal for applying to the eyelids—just remember to tap very gently.
3. Apply with a clean makeup brush.
We prefer this method when we want a light, easily buildable color for effortless customization of the look.
