Apply UV Protect before daily sun exposure and allow to absorb for 20-30 minutes.
To ensure adequate protection, apply a sufficient amount of the product – approximately 2 mg/cm², which corresponds to two thin lines of cream applied directly to the index and middle fingers.

Reapply every 2-3 hours, as needed, for continued protection. Reducing the frequency of reapplication significantly reduces the effectiveness of protection.

For optimal protection, reapply regularly, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
Even when using sunscreen, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
